April 2006
CEEM in Hamriyah FZE was acquired by Black Peal Capital Partners to expand its operations.
September 2010
CEEM was incorporated as a free zone establishment by RAK Investment Authority. The establishment transferred its operations to its new address and registered office PO Box No. 14579, Al Ghail Industrial Park, Ras Al Khaimah, UAE with a total land area of 25,000 sqm to cater the volume demands of the customers.
January 2015
CEEM started a diversification strategy as a long-term approach to business.
July 2010
CEEM began operation in Hamriyah Free Zone with only 26 employees in a 10,000 sqm area
August 2014
BPCP completely acquired CEEMFZE and appointed new Oil and Gas professionals with 20 years of robust experience.
