We are urgently sourcing for a high-performing Sales Manager who will be responsible for maximizing our sales team’s capability, expanding our customers’ reach locally, regionally and globally, and creating unsurpassed revenue for the company.



  • Developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization globally.
  • Developing sales strategies and setting sales targets for individual sales representatives.
  • Responsible for creating, maintaining, and growing revenue for the organization.
  • Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on realistic forecasts for each product and territory and realistic costs of operating the sales force, and sales promotion programme plans.
  • Increasing business opportunities through innovative approach to market.
  • Establishing and expanding your customers’ reach.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending industry workshops, reviewing and contributing to professional publications, utilizing personal networks, etc.
  • Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing regular reporting mechanism, and also providing them with timely training and coaching to maximize sales performance potential.



  • BS/MS Degree in Business Administration/Commerce/Engineering or any related field.
  • Successful history as a Sales Manager, showing a trend of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to drive sales process.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience and strong technical knowledge of manufacturing in the O&G industry.
  • An excellent coach and manager.
  • Shall be available to join in 2 to 4 weeks’ notice.
